What it does

Dial it in

Three heat levels — low, medium and high — shown on the temperature display so you always know where you are. Vibration runs separately, so you can have heat alone, vibration alone, or both.

Hold the power button and the panel locks. It will not change settings when you shift position or lean against it. Small thing, but it is the difference between relaxing and fiddling.

Getting the fit right

One size. Wrap it around the joint and fasten the velcro — if it does not reach comfortably, add the extension straps in the box. Most people need them for a knee and not for an elbow. There is no size to choose when you order.

It should feel held, not squeezed. If your leg tingles or goes cold below the wrap, it is too tight.

Who it's for — and who it isn't

It helps if your knees stiffen in the morning or in cold weather, you are on your feet all day, you train and your joints complain afterwards, or you want something you can use while sitting down at home.

It won't help if you are looking for treatment for a diagnosed joint condition. This is a comfort device that applies heat and vibration. It is not a medical device and it will not repair a joint. If a doctor is already treating your knee, ask them before adding heat to it.

Common questions

Single or Duo?
If only one knee bothers you, one is enough — and it still moves to a shoulder or elbow when you need it. If both knees ache, take two. It works out cheaper than ordering the second one later.

Can I walk around with it on?
Short distances, yes — it is cordless and strapped on. But it works best sitting still, because that is when you actually notice the heat.

Does it really fit a shoulder?
Yes, with the extension straps. The wrap is shaped so it can sit over a shoulder or wrap an elbow, not only a knee.

Can I use heat without vibration?
Yes. They are separate buttons. Plenty of people only ever use the heat.

How hot does it get?
Three levels — low, medium and high — with the current setting on the display. Start at low and work up. You can always go warmer, and skin does not always tell you quickly enough when it is too much.

How long is a session?
Ten to fifteen minutes is usually plenty. Once or twice a day.

Does it need to stay plugged in?
No. It charges by USB and runs cordless.

Do I pay before it arrives?
No. Pay the courier in cash at your door — the price plus $4 delivery — or by card at checkout if you prefer.

What if it doesn't suit me?
We call to confirm every order before it is sent, so nothing turns up that you did not agree to. After it arrives, anything still sealed in its original packaging we exchange or take back within 30 days — WhatsApp 76 723 276. Once it has been opened and used we cannot resell it, so we cannot take it back. Message us anyway: most of the time it is something we can sort out over WhatsApp. If it arrives damaged, send a photo within 48 hours and we replace it or refund you in full, and we cover the return cost.
