Delivery across Lebanon

We deliver everywhere in Lebanon for a flat $4, whatever you order.

How long it takes

Orders arrive within 3 to 5 days anywhere in Lebanon, counted from when we confirm your order by phone.

Orders placed late in the day, or on a Sunday or public holiday, are confirmed the next working day. Weather, road conditions and courier volume can occasionally add a day.

Cash on delivery

You can pay in cash when your order arrives. Have the exact amount ready if possible, since our couriers do not always carry change. You may also pay by card at checkout if you prefer.

Confirming your order

We call you on the number you enter at checkout before anything is sent. If we cannot reach you, we will try again the next working day.

If nobody is home

The courier will call before delivering. After two failed attempts the order comes back to us and we will contact you to rearrange it.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. It needs to come back unused and in its original packaging — we cannot accept anything damaged after delivery. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund you at no cost to you.

Pre-orders and restocks

Some items are listed while stock is on its way. Where that is the case, the product page states the dispatch window clearly before you buy.
