Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a confirmed sale. We contact you by
phone to confirm every order before dispatch. We may decline or cancel an
order for example if an item is out of stock or we cannot reach you — and
you will owe nothing in that case.

Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and cover the product only. Delivery is $4
anywhere in Lebanon. You may pay the courier in cash on delivery, or by card
at checkout. Prices can change without notice, but never after we confirm
your order.

Delivery
We deliver across Lebanon within 3 to 5 days of confirming your order. These
are estimates, not guarantees weather, road conditions and courier volume
can add time.

Products
We describe our products as accurately as we can and use real photographs of
the items we sell. Colours can appear differently on different screens.

Our products are intended for general comfort and wellness. They are not
medical devices and are not a substitute for professional medical advice,
diagnosis or treatment. If you have a diagnosed condition, speak with your
doctor before use.
