The first step of the day

What size do they fit?
Best for shoe sizes 35 to 38. A size 39 will feel tight, so only order if you are happy with a snug sock. If you wear a 40 or above they will not fit, so please don't order them for yourself.

Will they cure my plantar fasciitis?
No, and be careful with anyone who says their socks will. What they do is take some of the load off while you are wearing them: compression through the arch, cushioning under the heel and the ball of the foot.
The stretching, the rest and your doctor's advice all still matter. If the pain wakes you at night, or your foot is hot and swollen, get it looked at.
Are they visible in my shoes?
No. They are cut below the line of a trainer or a flat. The padding is in zones rather than through the whole sock, so the shoe still fits normally.
