How it works
A small change in jaw position
During sleep, the jaw and throat muscles relax and the lower jaw can slide back, narrowing the airway behind the tongue. Air moving through a narrow space can make the soft tissue vibrate, which is what many people hear as snoring. The joined trays hold the lower jaw slightly forward, designed to support airflow during sleep. Results differ from person to person.

How to use
Three steps
1Prepare it
Attach the mouthpiece to the fitting tool and shape it to your teeth in hot water, following the instruction card in the box exactly for water temperature and timing.
2Position and adjust
The side adjuster is marked from −2 to +4 and sets how far forward the lower tray sits. Use the starting setting given on the instruction card, and change it one step at a time.
3Wear it, then clean it
Wear it while you sleep. The trays come apart, so you can clean each one as the instruction card describes, then let it dry and keep it in its case.

How does it work?
It holds your lower jaw slightly forward during sleep, which is designed to help keep the airway behind the tongue more open. It is not guaranteed to stop snoring, and results differ from person to person.
How do I fit and adjust it?
Shape it to your teeth with the fitting tool and hot water, exactly as the instruction card describes. Then use the side adjuster (−2 to +4), starting where the card recommends and changing one step at a time. If the fit is wrong, WhatsApp us on 76 723 276.
How do I clean it?
Separate the trays, clean them as the instruction card describes, let them dry and store them in the case.
Is it comfortable, and is it right for me?
Any mouthpiece feels unfamiliar at first. It is made for adults with healthy natural teeth. Do not use it if you wear dentures or braces, have loose teeth, jaw joint pain or clicking, or are under 18. If you get jaw pain, tooth pain or a change in your bite, stop and see a dentist. If someone has seen you stop breathing, gasp or choke in your sleep, see a doctor first.
How long does one last?
It depends on use. Replace it when it gets thin, torn or cloudy, which is why we offer packs of 2 and 3.
