Will it fit me?
Yes. It is one size with a Velcro strap at the back, so it closes on any head, loose or snug.
How hot does it get?
You choose: low, medium or high. Start on low for the first few minutes and go up if you want more.
What do I plug it into?
A 5V / 2A USB wall adapter or a power bank with a 2A port. A laptop USB port is too weak to heat it properly.
Can I sleep with it on?
No. Set the timer, relax, and take it off when it switches off. Do not leave it on overnight.

No. It is a comfort product that gives steady, gentle warmth. It does not treat any condition — if symptoms are strong or don't go away, see your doctor.
How do I pay?

Can I return it?
Unused and in its original packaging, within 30 days. If something isn't working the way you expected, WhatsApp us on 76 723 276 first and we'll help.

Changing your mind
We call to confirm every order before it is sent, so nothing turns up that you did not agree to. After it arrives, anything still sealed in its original packaging we exchange or take back within 30 days - WhatsApp 76 723 276.
Once it has been opened and used we cannot resell it, so we cannot take it back. Message us anyway: most of the time it is something we can sort out over WhatsApp.
If anything arrives damaged, send a photo within 48 hours - we replace it or refund you in full and cover the return cost.
